Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the DairyFlow website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by DairyFlow Africa ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly, semi-annually, or annually) depending on your selection.

Cancellation & Renewal Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings panel.
How Cancellation Works:
- Cancel anytime - no advance notice required.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your billing cycle start: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You'll retain full access to all features until then, and no refunds will be issued for the current period.
- If you cancel more than 30 days into your billing cycle: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the next billing period (or per your plan's standard terms).
What to Expect:
- You'll keep full access to all tier features until the final day of your paid billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused days within the current billing cycle.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DairyFlow Africa and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Kenya and foreign countries.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DairyFlow Africa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
